Hello, my name is Jigna Rokadia. I am the Operations and Development Manager at the Diverse Minds Academy and the registered provider of our early years service. I had the privilege of laying the foundation of the Diverse Minds Academy alongside the owner and director, Lisa Wilkinson. It has been an exciting and fulfilling journey, and I look forward to supporting the future growth and expansion of our Academy.
I am a dedicated and passionate early years professional with over 13 years of experience in the sector. My career began as a childcare practitioner, and over the years I have taken on various roles including lead preschool teacher, supervisor, centre manager, and operations manager. Before moving to Ireland, I also worked as a Primary School Teacher, which is where my passion for working with young children truly began.
For me, working with young children is the most rewarding career. As early years professionals, we are given the unique opportunity to be part of and witness each child’s learning journey — a privilege I deeply cherish.
